This is our most comprehensive package to support our wonderful couples. We begin by offering a complimentary consultation to ensure we are a good fit, and review the basic details of your big day.

Our contract for service includes: 

  • Customized and personal wedding-planning timeline for the couple, broken into monthly deadlines meeting major milestones (booking venues, attending site visits, research and set-up meetings with vendors)  
  • Regular phone calls and emails to keep up-to-date with each planning stage
  • Recommendations on decor design
  • Specific vendor-matching based on your budget and wedding vision
  • Communication with vendors once booked
  • Confirmation on all vendors 4-6 weeks before wedding
  • All day-of services, including creating a detailed itinerary of your wedding day, coordinate ceremony, assist with dressing, use of our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
  • On-site support on your wedding day for a maximum of ten consecutive hours.
